Arnicare Arnica 30c pillules (Arnica montana) - NR 01175/0181
For symptomatic relief of sprains, muscular aches and bruising and swelling after contusions.
Active ingredient: Each pillule contains 30c potency of Arnica montana.
Directions: Press base twice to release two pillules into cap. Unscrew cap. Tip pillules directly from cap into mouth without touching them. Pillules should be either chewed or placed under the tongue until dissolved and taken between meals.
Adults and children: 2 pillules every 2 hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily until symptoms improve for up to a maximum of 7 days.

Dosage and Directions: Apply Nelsons Teetha Teething Gel With a clean finger, about pea sized amount to the sore area on the baby's gums and teeth. Use every 4 hours for up to 6 times a day. Always read the label.
